In over 30 years in a major international corporation in the financial industry, she led teams and was responsible for global transformation programs in New York, London, Frankfurt as well as in Eastern European countries, India and Singapore.

  • Sense the power that develop from this. Learn how your consciously permitted breath can move you physically and mentally.
  • Open up the possibility of being able to directly perceive your breath movement and greater permeability throughout your entire body.

  • Experience the interplay of the forces of doing and allowing and how your breath rhythm can evolve freely and naturally.

Prof. Ilse Middendorf, who developed the work of Experiential Breath, said:
